MERIT CENTRE, PUNE is a non-government organization working for empowerment through education. We believe that people have capabilities to develop to their fullest extent. They need opportunity and information. MERIT CENTRE will work with all age groups and in all communities in the country as a catalyst to facilitate this process.

The Trust is registered with registration no. F-20373/Pune, under Bombay Trust Act, 1950 and Maharashtra/1170/2005/Pune, under Societies Registration Act, 1860 in the office of Charity Commissioner, Pune, Maharashtra, India.
