In the current scenario, online teacher training is becoming essential and every organization is trying their best to work with it. Parents and teachers endorse SPACE’s foundational thoughts, but we realized that sometimes they found themselves short of material to implement those ideas. Therefore, we propose to develop Educational Kits which can supplement educational material available at home.
Most importantly, this Kit should include a detailed note on the Educational importance of each object, the process to use it and assess the learning.

Details
SpacECE wants to make sure that all ECE experts come together and decide the direction for the ECE domain in the middle of Pandemic. We strongly believe that there is a need to bring all ECE experts together. This internship project will be focused on event preparation, communication and organizing.
Candidates need expertise in the ECE domain to decide the topics, speakers and their presentation. Similarly, strong written, oral communication skill and other softs skills are required to complete the responsibilities.

Creating video library and sorting, labeling, detailing the videos
Details
SpacECE already has more than 1000 videos of children taken during their early ages. All of them carry educational importance specifically for the academicians and researchers coming from the ECE background.
We want to create a good video library of those all videos and then categories them according to the child development domains or milestones. Similarly, those videos need to assign appropriate titles, add descriptions and editing videos.

SpacECE widely circulates its publicity and promotional material. At the same time, there are specific products that have video content. We are running our YouTube channel and want to make sure that high-quality educational content is delivered through it.
Video footage generated during online training also needs careful editing as it will be reproduced in other educational material. Apart from this, a candidate is expected to video-record promos, interviews and many more.

Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software and ensure each was updated in the correct format

SPACE for Early Childhood Education
SPACE is the acronym of Social, Physical, Aesthetic, Cognitive and Emotional, which are crucial child development aspects. Additionally, to communicate our focus on the Educational component and children aged 0-8years, we use the suffix Early Childhood Education.

We are glad to share that the 'MS Talk Series on ECE' was inaugurated by Dr Mr Mrs Godbole with the topic 'Enhancing Potential during Early years'. It was great to see an overwhelming response from 900 participants from all over Maharashtra, which included parents, pre-school teachers, Anandwadi Workers/Sevikas and NGO professionals. It highlighted the need to continue organizing similar events in the near future.
